PROJECT DETAILS This contractor will be supporting lending operations with closing syndicated loans as volume continues to increase.
DUTIES
Closing Syndicated loans
Interpreting the syndicated credit agreements
Onboarding the credit agreement language into LoanIQ systems
Top Skills:
LoanIQ – must be using it currently
MS Excel/ MS Word
Deep understanding of SYNDICATED credit agreement
Soft Skills:
Ability to manage stressful situations
Time management
Ability to multi-task
