Loan IQ Syndicated Loans Specialist
– Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Contract Duration: 12 months. Required Skills & Experience
Loan IQ Experience: Hands‑on experience using Loan IQ system notebooks, including but not limited to:
Customer Notebook: Manages borrower information. Deal Notebook: Houses deal data including credit agreement details, lenders involved, deal departments, pricing options, and facilities (revolver, term loans, term loan B, letter of credit, swingline, etc.).
Facility Details:
Understanding what can be borrowed under each facility type within the deal. Candidates must have experience with the Customer and Deal Notebooks.
Syndicated Loan & Agency Experience:
Experience working with syndicated loans involving multiple banks. Understanding the role of an agent bank vs. participant banks in syndicated deals. Ability to process and input loan agreements and credit documents into Loan IQ accurately.
Credit Agreement Understanding:
Ability to interpret and extract data from credit agreements and credit approval documents to feed into Loan IQ.
Candidates ideally come from financial institutions with syndicated loan operations. What You Will Be Doing
Building and managing loan deals within LoanIQ, pulling information from credit agreement documents into the system. Support various parts of the loan lifecycle but must have deep exposure to syndicated loans and agency experience (dealing with multiple lenders and complex deal structuring).
