Regional Sales Manager – Western U.S.

will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and profitability across independent eye care and retail partners. This role oversees a team of 10 Sales Account Executives covering California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada.

The ideal candidate will reside in the LA area. This position requires approximately 75% travel. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results‑driven leader with a track record of successfully managing and developing remote sales teams. Experience within the wholesale luxury optical industry is strongly preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to elevate brand presence and performance in a competitive market. Winning Profile

They are highly organized, skilled in planning, and comfortable navigating web‑based systems and tools to manage and grow the business effectively. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and performance accountability for the Account Executives in the region Develops Account Executives through leading, coaching and mentoring. Implements the sales, marketing and visual merchandising strategies to drive brand awareness of Silhouette eyewear. Assures the Account Executives are utilizing and complying with the policies and procedures of the company to grow sales. Budgets and plans for the sales potential of the territories in the region. Increases customer satisfaction through on‑site presence. Assess the territories within the regions and their potential for growth on an ongoing basis. Servicing accounts within any open territories, networking and recruiting for new talent. Provides feedback and coaching to Account Executives through in‑person customer visit shadowing. Approves Account Executives expense reports within the established company guidelines. Properly utilize the defined channels of communications within organization for all needs, requests, and complaints When needed, provides disciplinary accountability for the Account Executives in the region. Desired Skills and Experience

At least 5 years of proven success in outside sales management, preferably in the Luxury optical industry. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or related discipline. Previous experience managing a remote sales force. Proven track record of managing high performing teams. Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as proven interpersonal skills. Must currently live within the region and be available for regular travel (by air and auto) 75% of the time in the identified territory. Computer proficiency with web‑based tools and Microsoft office. Experience with on‑line ordering and iPad applications is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Summary
