The organization seeks an instructional design and program operations professional to support training and new hire orientation programs within a global real estate advisory context. The role will develop and curate learning content, manage logistics and communications, and enable continuous improvement across platforms and processes. Success requires proficiency with modern learning systems and authoring tools, strong project management, and effective stakeholder coordination. The position partners with HR and business stakeholders to deliver consistent onboarding and training outcomes.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate:

$55.00 to $63.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

Develop, curate, and update training content as needed.

Support the training advisory group and oversee monthly prioritization meetings.

Manage program communications, administration, logistics, and systems.

Identify and implement operational process improvements for programs.

Monitor enterprise learning solutions to recommend offerings that benefit employees.

Experience Requirements

Experience with learning platforms such as Degreed, SumTotal, Power Automate, and cohort-based programs like NovoEd.

Experience designing solutions and quickly learning authoring tools including Synthesia, Domiknow, Vyond, Adobe Suite, and PowerPoint.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

Advanced project management skills with the ability to drive simultaneous deliverables and operate autonomously amid shifting priorities and timelines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly and to offer and accept feedback.

Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity.

Experience in learning design or architecture (preferred).

Education Requirements Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
