This business is building AI technology that automates operational workflows for companies in a traditionally manual industry. Backed by
$10M+ in venture funding , the company is early-stage, growing quickly, and looking to hire someone who can play a key role in shaping how customers successfully adopt the product. The Opportunity
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will own the
end-to-end onboarding experience
for new customers. You’ll act as the bridge between the customer, product, and engineering teams — ensuring implementations run smoothly while feeding insights back to help improve the platform. Because the company is still early, this isn’t just about executing a process — you’ll also help
build the playbook
for how onboarding and implementation should work as the company scales. What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the
full onboarding lifecycle
for new B2B SaaS customers Running onboarding sessions and guiding customers through technical setup Managing integrations with key systems such as email and financial platforms Acting as a
project manager across multiple stakeholders
(Ops, IT, leadership) Becoming a trusted product expert who can explain the value of the platform and address technical questions Working closely with product and engineering teams to
improve the implementation process and customer experience What They’re Looking For
~3+ years in a
customer-facing technical role
within a B2B SaaS environment Experience with onboarding, implementation, or technical customer success Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Comfortable operating in
early-stage startup environments
where processes are still evolving Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously Exposure to FinTech is highly desirable. Why This Role Is Interesting
