Position Overview Howard Technology Solutions is a rapidly expanding technology solutions provider for the Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Government and Commercial markets.
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused
IDN Account Manager
to manage and grow strategic partnerships with
Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and large healthcare systems . This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands the complexity of healthcare organizations, thrives in a consultative sales environment, and is motivated by long-term account growth.
The
IDN Account Manager
will serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring our solutions align with customer needs while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction across a regional territory.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned IDN and healthcare system accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers, influencers, and operational leaders
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing and prospective IDN accounts
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract execution
Achieve and exceed assigned territory sales quotas
Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and in-service trainings
Develop and maintain accurate monthly forecasts and sales plans
Strategically plan and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly activities to maximize territory performance
Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM, including daily activity tracking and weekly sales productivity reporting
Position is responsible for a
regional territory
Requires regular regional travel, including
overnight travel as needed
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for customer meetings or events
Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of experience
in healthcare sales, account management, or business development, with
IDN or large health system exposure
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
Proven ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships
Strong interest in healthcare technology and solution-based selling
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CRM systems
Professional, polished presence with strong interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership of territory performance
