We’re partnering with a highly regarded, multiple award-winning integrated agency looking to hire a
Senior Digital Media Planner & Buyer
to lead strategy and execution across key client campaigns.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership - from audience insight through planning, buying, optimization, and performance storytelling, working closely with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to deliver media that drives measurable business outcomes.
Ideal for an agency planner/buyer ready for greater strategic influence, stronger client exposure, and a more integrated role across channels.
The role reports into the Chief Strategy Officer and offers hybrid working - 3-4 days in the office/WFH split and would ideally suit candidates based in or near the Greater Atlantic Metro Area.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead digital media strategy across programmatic, paid social, search, display, and video
Execute and optimize campaigns across multi-platforms
Translate performance insights into smarter targeting, channel mix, and investment decisions
Manage multi-channel budgets and campaign pacing for maximum effectiveness
Present plans, insights, and recommendations directly to clients and internal stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and strategy teams
Mentor junior planners and contribute to evolving media best practices
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years’ agency-side digital media planning & buying experience
Strong hands-on expertise across programmatic, paid social, search, display and video
Experience managing budgets and optimizing integrated campaigns
Confident presenter with client-facing experience
Analytical mindset with a proactive optimization approach
