Our client within the airline/travel industry is hiring a Senior Paid Search Specialist/Analyst to join their busy and growing paid media team supporting a wide range of stakeholders and cross functional teams!
Pay Rate:
Up to $45/hour (some flex - DOE)
Contract Duration:
1 year (40 hours/week)
*High likelihood to extend/convert to FTE - this hire is due to growth!
Location:
Chicago, IL (hybrid)
Experience Required:
3+ years of experience working on paid search campaigns end-to-end (open to agency or in-house, travel/airline industry experience a big plus!)

Conceptualize, research, create, and test new Paid Search campaigns based on business objectives and goals; ensure accurate tracking and implement optimizations including but not limited to keyword expansions, negative keywords, general keyword management, bid modifications, etc.

Utilize strong analytical ability to measure and report performance for Paid Search campaigns and assess against goal (KPIs, ROAS); summarize performance and test results for leadership on a regular basis.

Brainstorm new creative growth strategies for Paid Search campaigns; knowledge and experience with advanced Google Search capabilities to test and implement

Collaborate with external agencies, internal stakeholders, and vendors regularly; contribute to cross-channel planning and strategic initiatives

Responsible for Paid Search budget pacing and ensuring budgets are spent effectively to reach campaign goals ($2-5M/annually)
Skilled in cross-collaboration and stakeholder management working in complex enterprise environments
Additional experience utilizing Microsoft Ads, CM360, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Looker Studio - a plus!
