PrairieFood is committed to fostering healthy soils, profitable farms, and a sustainable agricultural future. Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Agronomy Sales professional. The individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with growers, promoting PrairieFood products, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include delivering training sessions, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth while serving as an expert resource for improving agricultural practices and soil health. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including setting and achieving targets Experience delivering Training to clients or team members on agricultural practices or product use Knowledge of agronomy, soil health, and agricultural practices is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or a related field is preferred Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
