
Vice President, Global Channel Partnerships

Florida Coastal University (FCU) is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Global Channel Partnerships to expand our international reach. In this role, you will lead cross-border partnerships across MENA, Southeast Asia, Africa, and LATAM driving student enrollments, revenue growth, and impactful collaborations in the global online education space.

Responsibilities
Global Channel Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with international education marketplaces, digital distribution platforms, and corporate academies across the Middle East, Southeast Asia (excluding India), Africa, and Latin America.
Revenue Growth: Drive student enrollment growth and tuition revenue through channel partnerships. Structure agreements that balance scale and profitability.
Compliance & Transparency: Ensure partner listings and marketing campaigns align with CIE requirements and FCU guidelines. Maintain transparent disclosures regarding FCU’s licensure and accreditation status.
Marketing & Campaign Execution: Lead joint go-to-market campaigns, webinars, and regional initiatives with partners to build awareness and drive enrollments.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Academic Partnerships (pathways & credit transfers), Student Success (onboarding & retention), and Marketing (creative & campaigns).
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in international education, EdTech, or higher education partnerships.
Proven success managing cross-border partnerships in at least two regions (MENA, SEA, Africa, LATAM).
Strong existing relationships with senior decision-makers in the global education ecosystem.
Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for cross-border online programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
