People Services Director
to lead HR operations in Elko, NV. This role will oversee employee relations, HR strategy, and workforce initiatives while partnering with leadership to drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, a people-first mindset, and expertise in managing complex HR environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources and People Services functions
Drive employee relations initiatives and resolve complex workplace issues
Partner with executive leadership on HR strategy and organizational planning
Oversee talent management, performance management, and workforce planning
Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR best practices
Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
Support change management and organizational development initiatives
Manage HR team members and provide leadership and coaching
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Strong employee relations experience
Ability to work in a hybrid model with required onsite presence in Elko
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Nice-To-Have Qualifications
Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
Previous healthcare industry experience
Experience working in union / labor relations environments
Required Skills

Expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
