A+ Products Inc. is hiring a Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to support new customer development across the United States and Canada. You’ll join a 10‑person sales team and report directly to the CRO. This entry‑level role is performance‑driven and focused on building pipeline for our Territory Sales teams. It includes a structured 90‑day ramp with clear performance benchmarks. We’re looking for someone motivated, organized, and comfortable initiating conversations. No prior sales experience is required.

For over 30 years, A+ has supported domestic manufacturers by managing a trusted global network of vendors and delivering reliable component supply. We work hard and hold ourselves accountable while recognizing that professional growth should support, not compete with, personal priorities.

Responsibilities

Research and identify new prospective customers within your assigned territory

Conduct outbound outreach (phone, video meetings, email, LinkedIn)

Enter and manage leads in Salesforce (no Salesforce experience required)

Send product samples to support customer evaluation

Maintain consistent follow‑up and organized tracking

Qualify decision‑makers and schedule discovery meetings with the Territory Sales team

Workplace & Location

Full‑time

On‑site in Marlboro, NJ, USA (5 days per week during first 90‑120 days)

Hybrid schedule (on‑site 3–4 days per week after fully trained)

Travel a minimum of 3–5 days per quarter

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary + quarterly uncapped commission
