Private Equity Associate / Senior Associate - FP&A
Not the typical FP&A seat.
Opportunity to join the corporate finance group of a tier 1 PE firm and actually have visibility into how the business runs, not buried in a spreadsheet stack, not three layers from the decision makers. You'll own the reporting, build the models, and strategically partner with business heads
$100,000 - $120,000 base salary + 15–25% bonus | 3 days in office, 2 from home | lunch covered daily | monthly commuter allowance
Why the role stands out: Most FP&A roles at this level have you supporting someone who talks to leadership. Here? You're the one in the room owning recurring financial reports across corporate functions and business operations. you'll run budgeting and forecasting, and build the decks that get presented instead of just passing them off
What you'll be doing:
Financial reporting and forecasting - own this, improve it, and make it yours
Data modeling and analytics - build dashboards and models that show true insights
KPI & performance management - design the scorecards, identify variances, and explain them
Strategic analysis - revenue, expenses, cost drivers, and whatever the leaders you partner with need
What are we looking for?
2–5 years in financial services; with true FP&A experience
Advanced excel and financial modeling
Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or business (CPA is a nice plus)
You can walk a senior leader through a model confidently
Strong analytical instincts and comfortable digging into messy data
Powerpoint is a given; workday experience is a bonus
