Job Title: PE Fund Finance Sr Associate

Overview This position sits within a team responsible for the financial operations and finance, with oversight of investment vehicles. The group partners closely with senior leadership, investment professionals, and accounting to support the day-to-day activity across fund structures, including liquidity management, investor activity, and transaction execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the execution of investment transactions globally, including coordinating cash movements, investor funding, and distribution activity

Collaborate with investment teams to manage deal-related logistics such as payment flows, sourcing of capital, tax considerations, FX exposure, and asset custody

Assist in the preparation and review of investor-facing materials, including periodic updates, financial reports, and transaction summaries

Contribute to the launch of new funds by working alongside internal stakeholders on setup, onboarding, and reporting processes

Track and manage liquidity across multiple entities, including forecasting and maintaining appropriate cash reserves

Develop and maintain financial projections related to fund performance, including fees and carried interest

Help administer financing arrangements tied to the funds, including drawdowns, repayments, and ongoing lender reporting

Deliver analytical support and insights to senior investment professionals on an as-needed basis

What They’re Looking For

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (advanced certifications are a plus)

Early-career experience (typically 2–3 years) in a finance, accounting, or investment-related environment

Strong quantitative skill set, including comfort working with financial models

Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders

High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to suggest improvements

This role is hybrid 3 days in office, and 2 from home.
