Associate - Investor Reporting

Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports, including capital account statements and performance summaries. Compile data across investment vehicles for internal and external financial reporting. Reconcile capital activity, allocations, and fund-level results in collaboration with accounting and fund administration teams. Assist with investor inquiries and ad-hoc data requests. Participate in system and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Partner with Accounting and Operations teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of information distributed to investors. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–5 years of experience in fund accounting, investor reporting, or financial reporting within investment management, private equity, or related industries. Strong understanding of fund structures and capital activity (subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and allocations). Advanced Excel skills; experience with fund accounting or reporting systems preferred. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
