We’re looking for a Director of Operations and Administration to lead and elevate the administrative teams who support our financial services professionals’ business across annuities, life insurance, investments, and advisory services. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, improving processes, and ensuring that the behind-the-scenes engine of our organization runs seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

As Director of Operations and Administration, you will serve as a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for the performance, development, and alignment of our administrative functions.

Serve as a key voice in strategic planning, translating organizational goals into operational priorities and resource allocation decisions.

Establish a consistent white glove experience across all administrative and operation teams.

Lead, coach, and develop administrative teams supporting annuity, life insurance, investment, and advisory operations.

Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, increasing efficiency, and reducing risk.

Partner cross‑functionally with financial services professionals, compliance professionals, and company leadership to ensure a smooth and compliant client experience.

Establish and monitor metrics to measure team performance and service standards.

Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that support business growth.

Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements across all supported product lines.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.

Monitor capacity, throughput, and service levels to proactively address bottlenecks.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a leader who combines operational expertise with a people‑first mindset.

7+ years of experience in financial services operations, administration, or related field.

3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.

Strong working knowledge of annuities, life insurance, investments, and advisory services.

Active Series 65 license.

Active Life and Health Insurance license.

Proven ability to streamline processes and lead through change.

High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

A collaborative, solutions‑oriented leadership style.
