with it. We work with local businesses across the North Shore — from restaurants and boutiques to service-based brands — helping them build real presence, real buzz, and real results through social media. Now we’re looking for aGrowth Partner
to help bring more brands into the Swell network. What You’ll Do
Connect with local businesses (DM, networking, referrals, in-person) Start conversations and build relationships Identify brands that could benefit from social media support Set up intro calls / meetings Work directly with the founder (me) to close deals You are the first touch, together we will handle strategy + closing Compensation
100% commission-based 12% commission on the first 3 months of every client you bring in Example: No cap on earnings. The more you bring in, the more you make. Why This Role is Different
