Real Estate Associate
to join its
Wilmington, Delaware
office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative real estate and land use team with a strong regional and national footprint.

Attorneys in this group gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of sophisticated real estate and land use matters, with the support of a team that values collaboration, balance, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, easements, and loan documents
Handling transactions involving lending, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions
Conducting real estate closings and reviewing title and survey materials
Assisting with development projects, including preparing and presenting applications for land use approvals
Attending administrative hearings and advising clients on compliance issues
Supporting real estate‑related litigation such as tax assessment appeals and condemnation matters
Requirements
JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
2–4 years of relevant real estate experience (lending, financing, acquisitions, and land use)
Admission to the Delaware Bar required (or ability to waive in)
Excellent drafting, writing, and communication skills
Interest in growing within the Delaware market and contributing to the firm’s long‑term real estate practice
