Strong experience with

Genesys Cloud (required)

Microsoft Teams Telephony experience is a bonus but not required

Voice engineering background with hands‑on implementation experience

Migration experience from platforms such as RingCentral or Five9 is helpful, but they will not be responsible for those platforms directly

Overview:

Hands‑on Genesys Cloud voice engineers needed to assess the current environment and design solutions for the existing business.

Role is heavily focused on requirements gathering, solution design, and project execution, with a strong project management component.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and evaluate current voice/call center environments

Design and implement solutions within

Genesys Cloud

Support migration of

12 call centers

to Genesys Cloud

Lead call routing configuration and Genesys Cloud functionality

Coordinate access, stakeholders, and timelines while managing their own projects

Participate in due diligence, solution build, user testing, and operational handoff
