Goal is to provide best options for risk placement to our agency partners & policy holders. **Essential Duties & Functions**· Navigate through several rating systems simultaneously in order to achieve best coverage and rate solutions for our agents and their clients· Track monthly production to reach Quote, Bind Ratio and Premium Goals· Assist Field Sales to Follow-up on Select Sales Opportunities discovered during Outside Sales Visits· Meet/Exceed the Monthly Quote, Bind Ratio and Premium Goals Established for the Instant Quote Team· Answer 20 – 30 New Business Quoting/Binding calls per day· Other duties as assigned**Competencies**· Written/Oral Communication – Exceptional telephone & email demeanor while delivering consistent message that resonates every time.
