Our client, a nationally recognized professional services firm, is hiring a

high-performing Benefits Sales Consultant

to drive new business.

This is a

true producer role

built for hunters who want to create their own book of business, sell nationally without territory restrictions, and scale income aggressively.

What You’ll Do:

Book

50+ qualified prospect meetings per year

Drive activity:

Client

touches

(calls, emails, drop-ins, social media) to secure first meetings

Strategic prospecting and uncovering high-value opportunities that drive real growth

Partner with experienced producers on

joint-selling

engagements

Qualifications Must-Haves:

2–5 years

of industry or adjacent experience (core medical benefits, insurance, PEO, payroll, HR tech)

Proven ability to

build a book of business

High activity, self-motivated, and persistent

Based in a market with

practitioner support

Preferred:

Early-stage producers with

Broker of Record

experience

Strong B2B sales backgrounds with a

team-player mindset

Experience at major firms like USI, Lockton, or Gallagher
