About the Role
As Employee Benefits Consultant, Account Executive , you are a senior member of the service team and lead consultant at a sophisticated benefits brokerage with responsibility for personally managing a large book of business as the strategic liaison. Experience needed includes:
Proficiency with multiple plan strategies as accounts will vary from a few hundred lives to much larger
Ability to direct customer service activities of the account management, getting involved on tactical issues where needed, to ensure timely and efficient organization of daily workflows, processing, and renewal prep
Be active in the market regularly meeting with underwriters, vendors, and on-site with the clients during review meetings and renewal presentations
Capitalize on referral opportunities and grow the portfolio by recommending additional policies and programs that generate new revenue
