Pay range: $88,000.00 - $158,000.00
Responsibilities
Engage directly with Roundel clients to review how their media investments are performing.
Identify ways to optimize and grow their media investment.
Bring innovation to clients by developing new approaches.
Elevate client understanding of the Target guest.
Qualifications
Four‑year degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of relevant experience in Digital Media, Agency, Marketing or Retail.
Experience with client engagement.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to judge and quantify results of advertising and present recommendations.
Ability to synthesize datasets to build a compelling story.
In‑depth understanding of the digital marketplace.
Methodical, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented.
Genuine curiosity, self‑starter, and motivated.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with data visualization tools or web analytic tools.
Primary Clients and Travel The role serves clients in Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis. Frequent travel is required to support local clients. Preference is given to candidates based in one of these locations; no relocation will be offered.
Work Arrangement The position may be considered for Remote or Hybrid (Flex for Your Day) work arrangement based on Target’s needs. Remote work involves working full time from a home or alternate location not a Target office, with up to four trips to headquarters per year. Hybrid work means core duties may be performed either remotely or onsite at a Target location as needed. Duties cannot be performed outside the country of the primary work location unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
