Cantera Doors is seeking a highly connected, self-driven sales professional with deep experience in the window and door industry. This role is designed for a proven performer who already has strong relationships and is ready to leverage them to drive immediate revenue. This is a high-autonomy, high-earning opportunity for someone who thrives in a commission-driven environment and understands how to win in the luxury residential and architectural space. What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in window and door sales (or closely related architectural products) Strong, active network within the building, architecture, or design community Proven track record of closing high-value deals and generating consistent revenue Highly self-sufficient—able to operate independently without training or micromanagement Professional presence with the ability to engage high-end clientele What You’ll Do
Build and maintain partnerships with builders, architects, designers, and developers Drive new business across market Manage high-value, project-based sales from initial conversation through close Identify and pursue opportunities in the luxury residential and custom home space Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience Compensation
Commission-driven structure with significant earning potential Top performers typically earn $150K+ Flexible structure based on experience and existing book of business
