Engine Partners U K Llp, Mission, KS, United States
Overview
Senior GTM Technical Administrator-LATAM — Remote, Latin America About Engine: Engine is building a platform that brings together corporate travel, a powerful charge card, and modern spend management in one place to transform business travel into a personalized, rewarding, and simple experience. We’re seeking exceptional, mission-driven people to redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Engine supports over 1 million travelers and billions in annual bookings, backed by investors and recognized for growth and culture. Mission
As a Senior GTM Technical Administrator at Engine, you’ll own the technical solutions of our sales organization. You’ll design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions—including Data Cloud pipelines—while integrating critical third-party systems our GTM teams depend on daily. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on iterating and improving data models, engineering automations, and shipping production-grade solutions on a 2-week sprint cadence. This is a Full-Time Contractor Position based in Latin America What You’ll Own
Architect and implement Salesforce solutions—custom objects, flows, validation rules, and complex automations—that drive intuitive efficiency for internal teams. Design and manage Data Cloud data streams, identity resolution rules, and calculated insights that unify GTM data across revenue systems (e.g., SFDC, Outreach, Attention/Gong, ZoomInfo) into a single, actionable customer profile. Own and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring reliable two-way data sync, accurate field mapping, and fast root-cause resolution when issues arise. Project-manage a sprint backlog, scope and prioritize work with RevOps leadership, and deliver major features per sprint while handling mid-sprint operational requests. Communicate proactively—async updates, weekly syncs, sprint planning and blockers, design decisions, and trade-offs—to keep leadership informed and unblock fast. What You’ll Bring
Technical Depth 7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or GTM Systems Engineer with hands-on production solutions experience. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow, custom object modeling, validation rules, and event-driven architecture. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud: data streams, identity resolution, unified profiles, calculated insights, and activation to Sales Cloud. AI-driven approach using tools to accelerate time-to-production. (Nice to Have) Agentforce: agent topics/actions, data grounding, and prompt engineering for GTM use cases. Integration & Systems Thinking Experience building and maintaining Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms (Outreach, Attention, or equivalent) including webhook configuration and REST API mapping. Comfort with API docs, testing in sandboxes, and root-cause analysis with limited vendor support. Strong data modeling instincts for scale and downstream reporting. Speed & Execution Proven track record delivering on 2-week sprint cycles with transparent prioritization. Balance ~70% planned feature work and ~30% urgent operational requests without compromising roadmap delivery. Action-oriented: ship working solutions, iterate based on feedback, and avoid over-specification. Communication Clear, concise updates on design decisions, blockers, and risk flags; proactive participation in weekly syncs with recommendations. Escalate early with proposed solutions. Bonus
Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist. API fundamentals: REST, webhooks, JSON; able to own integration documentation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with project management tooling for backlog and sprint planning. What Success Looks Like
Weeks 1–2:
Map current Salesforce architecture, identify integration gaps, ship meaningful fixes or features. Month 2:
Deliver 1–2 features per sprint consistently; ensure data streams are stable and unified profiles are fed. Month 3:
