Job Summary
The Sales Director – NW Region is responsible for driving revenue growth and leading strategic sales initiatives across the Northwestern United States. This role provides leadership, direction, and development for the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and consistent execution of results‑driven strategies. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of high‑performance sales leadership, with the ability to build, motivate, and scale teams while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Territory Northwestern U.S. (Indiana to Colorado, north to Washington, and east through Minnesota and Illinois)
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team
Manage key customer relationships and support major deal negotiations
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership
Optimize sales processes, tools, and operational efficiency
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage
Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
10+ years of experience in sales leadership or management roles
Preferred
MBA

Proven leadership with a track record of achieving company objectives
Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, rapidly evolving market
Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work is primarily sedentary; must be able to sit for extended periods and frequently use a computer, keyboard, and mouse
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Frequent travel is required, including overnight stays, based on business needs
