Sr. Sales Director . The location for this position is flexible.
The
BIOVIA Sr. Sales Director
will be responsible for leading a sales team in developing a sustainable business within the territory.
Motivate and manage the sales team to drive revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction
Lead transformation within sales team to grow revenue
Define, challenge and validate the sales transformation strategy, review partnership/cooperation account list and identify value network to target
Ensure quota distribution
Build, lead and assess sales team to executive revenue plan and foster talent development for maximum efficiency
Support and collaborate with direct, indirect and industry sales teams
Provide an accurate forecast for 5 rolling quarters and FY
Lead business reviews with extended sales team to ensure proper execution
Initiate and lead customer executive meetings to promote 3DS vision and demonstrate commitment
Contribute, review and approve engagement and/or client strategy based on value engagement framework defined by sales team on their assigned accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or scientific-related concentration
10+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience and/or management experience
Experience selling Formulation Software, Electronic Lab Notebook, and/or Laboratory Informatics Software or similar products
Experience selling into/managing a team in multiple industries including CPG, High Tech, Automotive highly preferred
Track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets
Experience driving value based complex sales campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work in a matrixed organization

Compensation & Benefits Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $300,000 and $360,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
