We are looking for a Sales Director to lead growth across Retail accounts . This role owns revenue strategy, key accounts, and new logo acquisition, with a strong focus on selling
IT services and solutions
to Retail companies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire
new enterprise retail clients
across target geographies
Build strategic relationships with
C-level and senior stakeholders
in retail organizations
Drive
end-to-end sales cycles
from prospecting to deal closure
Develop and execute
account penetration strategies
for large retail enterprises
Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to design
technology and talent solutions
Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
Represent the organization at industry events and retail technology forums
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in
new business development (hunter role)
Experience selling
IT services, technology consulting.
Strong network within
retail / consumer / eCommerce companies
Ability to manage
complex enterprise sales cycles
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
