Senior Vice President of Marketing Confidential | Enterprise B2B SaaS | Brand Transformation + Revenue Impact About the Opportunity We are partnering with a high-growth, well-funded, enterprise B2B SaaS company at the center of a major AI-driven market transformation.

The company has strong product-market fit and meaningful enterprise traction. Now, they are ready to elevate their brand, refine their positioning, and become a category-defining name.

This is a true transformation mandate — reporting directly to the CEO.

The Mandate This role will:

Lead a brand elevation and positioning refinement at enterprise scale

Drive integrated marketing programs tied directly to pipeline growth

Strengthen product marketing and go-to-market rigor

Upgrade and scale the marketing organization

Ensure marketing directly supports enterprise sales cycles

This is not a maintenance role.

This is not a performance-marketing-only role.

This is a strategic brand + commercial leadership role.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Positioning

Refine narrative, messaging architecture, and market positioning

Elevate visual, editorial, and creative standards

Establish clear differentiation in a competitive, AI-accelerating market

Ensure enterprise credibility and premium perception

Drive demand generation and high-quality pipeline creation

Align closely with Sales and SDR leadership

Improve enterprise deal support and sales enablement

Tie brand investment to measurable commercial outcomes

Product Marketing & GTM

Define ICPs, positioning frameworks, and competitive strategy

Lead go-to-market planning and major launches

Deliver world-class sales enablement

Thought Leadership & Market Presence

Identify priority channels (events, partnerships, podcasts, executive media)

Build authoritative content and editorial strategy

Shape category narrative, not just react to it

Assess and upgrade the existing marketing organization

Recruit and develop top-tier marketing talent

Manage external agencies strategically

Build a high-performance, high-standards culture

Ideal Background

10+ years marketing leadership experience

5+ years at the executive level in B2B SaaS

Experience leading a meaningful brand refresh, repositioning, or transformation

Deep enterprise product marketing expertise

Proven pipeline growth ownership

Strong storytelling ability across executive and market-facing formats

Experience managing cross-functional alignment with Sales & Product

We are looking for a builder who has pushed a software brand into enterprise prominence and can clearly articulate how they did it.
