
Territory Account Manager

We are looking for a Territory Account Manager capable of generating tangible business impact in Northern Italy, driving commercial growth, innovation, and the development of strategic relationships with customers and partners.
Based in home office, the role offers commercial ownership in a dynamic environment focused on cyber resilience and the development of high-potential new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a high-value customer portfolio, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
Accelerate growth in Northern Italy with a focus on new business and greenfield markets
Lead complex sales cycles by orchestrating internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, partners)
Apply a consultative selling and value selling approach for IT/OT cybersecurity solutions
Monitor the competitive landscape and effectively position the platform’s value proposition
Develop partnership ecosystems and hybrid go-to-market strategies
Define structured, data-driven territory plans with accurate forecasting
Generate a solid and sustainable pipeline
Operational Responsibilities
Develop IT/OT new business pipeline and manage complex deals
Promote cyber-resilience solutions for distributed and cyber-physical systems
Implement channel-centric strategies and indirect sales models
Manage relationships with executive stakeholders (CxO) through meetings, events, and advisory activities
Cover Northern Italy territory with mobility for opportunity development
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales (OT experience preferred)
Knowledge of cloud/SaaS architectures and distributed security models
Consultative approach and executive-level relationship skills
Data-driven mindset for pipeline management and decision-making
Operational autonomy and teamwork attitude
Strong results orientation
Preferred Skills
Problem-solving and ability to simplify complex scenarios
Time management and forecast ownership
Proactivity and cross-functional coordination
Effective communication across technical and business domains
