As part of our expansion in the German market, we are seeking:
Your Mission As Sales Representative Germany, you will be responsible for the strategic establishment and further development of the Cellcosmet brand in the German market, with a focus on retail, hotels, dermatology and aesthetic practices.
Your Responsabilities
Establishing, developing and managing a high-quality customer portfolio (luxury retail, 5-star hotels, dermatology and aesthetic practices)
Brand building and positioning of Cellcosmet as one of the top Swiss luxury skincare brands
Active acquisition of new customers and sustainable maintenance of existing partnerships
Conducting product training, sales training and presentations
Working closely with Marketing & International Sales
Market and competition analyses to identify new business opportunities
Participation in trade fairs, events and specialist conferences (dermatology & aesthetics)
Sales responsibility and reporting
Your Qualifications
Several years of experience in sales/business development in the field of: Luxury cosmetics, dermatology, aesthetics or medical beauty
Excellent network in the German premium retail, hotel or medical sector
Passion for luxury brands, skin care and aesthetics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, independent working style
Excellent German and English skills
Willingness to travel within Germany
