Job Overview The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a key business partner to advise leaders on all HR-related matters. The Senior HRBP executes all HR activities within an assigned territory or functional area, providing proactive and reactive employee relations, change management, policy interpretation and guidance, legal compliance, HR training, investigations, compensation, data management and teammate engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

Business Acumen and HR Service Delivery: Understand the business and advise leaders on strategy, people, actions, and decisions. Partner with HR centers of excellence to deliver value-added services and align the HR function with the organization’s purpose and values.

HR Business Partner Support: Primary escalation point for complex teammate inquiries, compensation, payroll, and benefits. Provide feedback on policies, serve as partner for change management, develop and execute engagement action plans, and facilitate positive teammate relations and development training.

Cultural Advocate: Champion the organization’s purpose and values; maintain field presence, engage teammates, organize meetings to address needs, and schedule training and development programs.

Employee Relations and Performance Management: Coach and counsel leaders and teammates on performance management and goal achievement; guide policy interpretation, conduct investigations, and support grievance resolution.

Talent Management and Succession Planning: Ensure the right talent is in place; identify leadership capabilities, enable workforce and succession planning, analyze HR & business data, and create plans to attract, retain, and engage talent.

Legal Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Maintain knowledge of legal requirements; partner with the legal department, respond to complaints and grievances, analyze data trends, and support complex teammate relations issues.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Four-year degree in Human Resources, Business or Management.

Valid driver’s license.

SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.

Work Environment

Office environment with exposure to warehouses and manufacturing plants (noisy, extreme temperatures).

Hybrid (in-office and remote) schedule.
