Fully Remote After In-Office Training

Provide customer support to company clients and customers. Create and manage technician dispatches. Create parts orders. Utilize professional level communication skills to assist management in creating a high level of customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities

Answer questions via phone on all company supported software applications. Provide support for company products. Utilize In-House tools to appropriately dispatch field technicians. Answer general program questions from motorists. Perform additional tasks for motorists. Provide inbound sales support. Initiate and respond to emails with clear and professional language. Additional Responsibilities

Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members. Provide computer orientation to new company staff. Other duties and responsibilities as introduced.
