Evaluate, negotiate, and communicate underwriting decisions to agents and brokers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners. Analyze and interpret statistical data to support risk assessment and decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of commercial lines underwriting experience (Property, GL, Auto). Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty products, risk evaluation, and agency operations. Seniority level
