Responsibilities

Connect with potential and current customers through outbound calls to effectively showcase our products and services. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Employ effective sales strategies to consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to devise and implement strategies aimed at enhancing sales performance and customer engagement. Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to communicate advantages effectively to customers. Requirements

Demonstrated experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
