About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a fast-growing, digitally native consumer brand focused on scaling customer acquisition through modern marketing channels. The team operates at the intersection of eCommerce, social, and performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on leveraging creators and influencer partnerships to drive measurable business outcomes.

Influencer and creator partnerships are a key growth lever, and this role will play a critical part in expanding and optimizing that channel.

The Role We’re looking for a Manager, Influencer & Creator Partnerships to own and scale influencer initiatives across key social platforms. This person will lead the strategy and execution of creator partnerships, working cross-functionally with growth, paid media, and brand teams to turn creator content into a scalable acquisition channel.

This is a hands‑on role that blends creative thinking with data‑driven decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end influencer and creator partnership strategy across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators across various tiers

Execute campaigns from concept through launch, including briefing, negotiation, and performance tracking

Partner with growth and paid media teams to leverage creator content in acquisition campaigns

Optimize influencer efforts against performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and revenue contribution

Manage budgets and allocate spend to maximize efficient growth

Test new creator cohorts, content formats, and partnership models to improve performance

Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future strategy

Build scalable processes and systems to support continued growth of the influencer channel

Qualifications

4–7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing

Experience driving measurable results from influencer campaigns (e.g., revenue, conversions, CAC, ROAS)

Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Experience working cross‑functionally with paid media, growth, or eCommerce teams

Proven ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and timelines in a fast‑paced environment

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Experience

Background in DTC, eCommerce, or consumer brands

Experience with affiliate or performance-based creator partnerships

Familiarity with TikTok Shop or creator‑driven commerce

Experience leveraging UGC and creator content for paid acquisition
