
Influencer/Partnerships Marketing Sr Manager - d2c Brand

We’re partnering with a high-growth, profitable DTC wellness brand operating at the intersection of eCommerce, content, and performance marketing. The company is scaling aggressively (multi 8-figure spend, pushing toward 9 figures), cash-flow positive, and building a world-class acquisition engine with a strong focus on influencer-driven growth. This is a high-impact role owning and scaling influencer as a core revenue channel—deeply tied to performance, not just brand.
What You’ll Do
Own and scale a performance-driven influencer/IGC program focused on profitable acquisition (ROAS, CAC)
Partner closely with paid social to amplify and operationalize influencer-generated content
Identify, negotiate, and grow partnerships across nano? macro? KOL talent
Manage and deploy a significant budget to drive measurable revenue impact
Optimize existing partners while unlocking new creator cohorts and channels
Lead end-to-end campaign execution and performance analysis
Forecast channel performance in partnership with leadership/finance
What They’re Looking For
~5+ years in influencer, affiliate, or partnerships with a clear track record of driving revenue (not just awareness)
Ability to be hybrid in Culver City, CA (2x/week)
Experience scaling influencer programs in DTC/ecommerce or high-growth environments
Strong grasp of bottom-funnel metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV)
Proven ability to manage large budgets and improve partner performance
Highly analytical + creative—can test, iterate, and find new angles that convert
Scrappy, self-starter mindset—comfortable in a lean, fast-moving team
Experience working cross-functionally with paid media teams
