In‑House Commercial Real Estate Counsel
to support a high‑volume acquisitions and dispositions platform. This is a high‑impact role reporting directly to the
General Counsel/SVP , ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
What they’re looking for
2–3+ years of hands‑on real estate acquisitions and dispositions experience
(required)
Leasing or finance‑only backgrounds will not be considered
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and managing deals through closing
JD required; law firm or in‑house transactional background

Base salary range: $150,000 – $200,000 , depending on experience
