The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with sophisticated commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and related lending and financing of these transactions.

Negotiate, draft, and review purchase and sale agreements Negotiate, draft, and review commercial leases Represent lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate financings and loans Qualifications: JD required Licensed in good standing to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission to the Tennessee bar 3+ years’ experience in commercial real estate and/or finance legal practice at a large law firm or sophisticated real estate boutique firm Outstanding academic credentials Interested in learning more?
