
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a high-performing legal team in Tampa. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in real estate transactions who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Experience with finance or lending matters is a plus.
Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
Draft, review, and organize contracts, closing documents, and related materials
Manage and maintain transaction files and records with a high level of accuracy
Coordinate closings, including title work and lien searches
Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions
Conduct research on real estate and financing matters
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
3–6+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
Exposure to real estate finance or lending is preferred
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Tampa
