$90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year Tampa, Florida Legal & Compliance Permanent LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a high-performing legal team in Tampa. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Finance experience is a plus. Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing Draft, review, and organize real estate documents, contracts, and closing materials Maintain and update case files and transaction records Coordinate closings, title work, and lien searches Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions Conduct research related to real estate law and financing matters Support attorneys with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications
36+ years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate Familiarity with real estate finance and lending is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively onsite in Tampa Benefits
