Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Identify and secure new business opportunities across manufacturing, light industrial, and related industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers
Lead and support sales efforts across multiple markets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements
Analyze sales performance and market trends to drive continuous improvement
Travel up to 50% to meet clients and support business development efforts
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within staffing or workforce solutions
Proven success selling into manufacturing, light industrial, or similar industries
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
