We are an industry‑leading global distributor, manufacturer, and packager of adhesives used by cell phone, medical device, space/aerospace, and electric vehicle industries! This role provides ownership of companywide marketing automation and email communications, including lifecycle architecture, automation workflows, and system‑supported integrations. This role also partners with Marketing Operations and Campaign teams to design scalable, compliant, and data‑driven programs that improve engagement, pipeline contribution, and customer lifecycle performance.
Responsibilities
Owns and maintains customer and lead lifecycle frameworks, including stage definitions, triggers, and progression logic, and supporting automation workflows for acquisition, engagement, onboarding, and retention
Designs, builds, and optimizes marketing automation programs including email communications, nurture streams, behavioral triggers, and multi‑channel campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
Oversees segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies ensuring accurate data flow, CRM alignment, and effective system integrations in partnership with Marketing Operations, Sales and IT
Ensures compliance with global regulations (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, CASL) and upholds best practices for data privacy, governance, deliverability, and platform standards
Develops scalable templates, landing pages, and workflow documentation, establishing standards and best practices that support consistency, efficiency, and internal adoption

Experience 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing within a B2B or multi‑channel environment.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Other Qualifications, Skills, And Abilities
Proven experience managing email marketing programs and marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies
Familiarity with CRM systems, integrations, and marketing data best practices
Knowledge of email compliance laws and industry standards
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret insights and optimize for performance
Experience with A/B testing and iterative campaign improvement
Excellent project management, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
