George Thomas Executive Search has partnered with a leading waste management company to appoint a high-caliber Regional Sales Manager. This is a confidential search for a talented leader to manage a dynamic sales organization of 100+ reps, responsible for a ~$500M revenue target across multiple divisions on the East Coast. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and EBIT targets Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team Set, track, and drive achievement of sales goals and KPIs for several divisions Oversee pricing programs, monitor CRM utilization, and provide accurate forecasts Implement training and sales process improvements; hold team accountable for performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, HR, Sustainable Growth, etc.) Recruit, onboard, and develop sales professionals within the region Ideal Experience

8-10+ years progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably managing large distributed teams Proven success with significant revenue targets ($250M+) Experience in waste, environmental services, or sustainability sectors Advanced knowledge of CRM/database systems and sales process optimization Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, economics, or related field (required) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Legally authorized to work in the US with valid driver’s license Willingness to travel up to 75% across the region Attributes
