Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and personal support. This entry-level, remote role is suited for individuals with strong organizational skills, good communication, and the ability to handle tasks independently while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
Handle emails, messages, and basic correspondence
Assist with scheduling meetings and virtual calls
Organize documents, files, and digital records
Conduct basic online research and prepare simple reports
Support personal and administrative tasks as assigned
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth daily coordination
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer literacy
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Nice to Have
Any prior assistant, admin, or coordination experience (internship or part-time)
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Notion, etc.)
