This is a remote position. RTA is currently approved to hire in the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, New Hampshire, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas

About the Role
The Design Support Specialist (DSS)
is the front line of our sales engine. This role is not traditional cold calling or closing. You are responsible for speed-to-lead, first contact, qualification, and scheduling qualified homeowners with our Design Consultants. You will work exclusively with high-intent inbound leads generated by our marketing and content engine. Your success is measured by responsiveness, call quality, booking rate, and show rate. What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email Conduct short, value-focused qualification calls Identify project readiness, timeline, and fit Schedule qualified homeowners with RTA Designers Maintain accurate notes and outcomes in HubSpot CRM Follow clear call scripts, workflows, and SLAs Collaborate closely with Designers and Sales Leadership Protect the customer experience through clarity, honesty, and service What Success Looks Like
Fast response times to new inquiries High booking and show rates for Designer appointments Clean CRM data and reliable handoffs Customers who feel heard, helped, and confident moving forward Strong teamwork and consistency in execution This Role Is a Great Fit If You

1+ years appointment-setting experience or 2+ years of sales experience in high-volume outbound phone sales, inside sales, or call-center environments Strong listening and qualification skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a remote environment Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, calendar tools) Job Type:
