What You’ll Do As a

Sales Consultant , you’ll guide prospective customers through our virtual sales consultations using our structured and proven process. You’ll work with inbound leads, helping clients design their dream outdoor kitchen.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations and product demos.

Build authentic relationships with customers and understand their unique project needs.

Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Own your calendar, productivity tools, and revenue goals.

Continuously sharpen your product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service delivery.

What You Bring to the Table

4+ years of proven sales experience (preferred).

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

Excellent organization and time management.

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday availability with optional weekend flexibility.

Self-managed scheduling within team expectations.

Compensation Range:

$85,000–$150,000+ annually

(base salary + commission).

Performance-based bonuses.
