Business Solutions Manager – Tampa, FL
Ledgent Finance & Accounting, a leading privately held staffing firm, is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to grow client base and new business opportunities in the Tampa, Florida area.
Overview Fully remote (100% Work from Home) with options to work hybrid or in-office where we have a physical presence.
Schedule flexibility including 9/80 and part-time options (after 26 weeks).

Responsibilities
Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the Tampa, Florida area.
Use end‑to‑end recruiting and full‑sales cycle skills to promote finance and accounting workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects.

Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful.
