Position Overview VML Health is searching for a highly experienced and results-driven Account Director to lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts and drive significant growth within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, a proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, and a passion for building strong client partnerships and fostering innovation. Exceptional leadership, communication, and business acumen are essential, as is a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, overseeing strategic planning and execution.

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, aligning with client objectives and budgets.

Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work and client satisfaction.

Manage client communication and presentations, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to agency growth and expansion.

Mentor and develop a team of account professionals, providing guidance, support, and leadership.

A strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute successful healthcare marketing campaigns.

A confident and persuasive communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

A strong leader with exceptional business acumen and financial management skills.

Required Experience

7-10 years of agency and/or client-side experience in healthcare marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team.

Strong project management skills and experience managing budgets and timelines.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Salary Range: $75,000—$180,000 USD
