
Enterprise Account Executive

Tomorrow.io is building a team of high-performing enterprise sellers who take initiative and execute, helping organizations make smarter, faster decisions in an increasingly volatile climate.
The Enterprise Account Executive’s primary responsibility is to drive net-new customer acquisition within the Global 2000 for our weather intelligence platform.
Please note that this position is a hybrid role, and the Sales Team collaborates in person twice weekly at our HQ in Boston.
What You Bring
5+ years of SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment
Proven track record closing $500K–$1M+ ACV enterprise deals across multi-month sales cycles
Strong discovery and value-based selling skills with ability to quantify ROI
Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and account expansion
Ability to build and execute strategic account plans
Comfort selling to C-level and senior decision-makers
Strong CRM discipline (e.g., Salesforce)
Uses AI tools to improve sales processes like prospecting, efficiency, and deal execution
Clear communication across technical and executive audiences
What You’ll Do
Own and close complex, seven-figure Global 2000 deals over multi-month sales cycles
Identify and engage key stakeholders across target accounts
Quantify and communicate business value to enterprise customers
Build pipeline within defined verticals (Aviation or Insurance)
Partner cross-functionally to drive deal success
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Travel (~20–30%) to engage customers domestically and internationally
